Project “Strengthening Inclusive and Quality Eye-Care services In District Rahim Yar Khan” Funded by CBM-BMZ
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
1. Responsible for overseeing the provision of inclusive and quality eye care services to individuals at risk of or living with visual impairment and disability in Rahimyar Khan.
2. Directly benefited 200,000 persons, ensuring access to quality eye health services and trained eye health staff in selected health facilities at primary and secondary levels.
3. Implemented the Prescription Management & Information System (PMIS) and the Hospital Reporting System (HRS).
4. Managed administrative, financial, logistic, and store/warehouse operations, addressing queries discreetly and tactfully.
5. Conducted monitoring and coordination field visits to Basic Health Units (BHUs), Rural Health Centers (RHCs), Disable Person Organizations (DPOs), Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and other assigned staff.

2. Conducted Capacity Building sessions for Community Structures (CDMCs and ERTs), focusing on organizational development, leadership, and conflict management.
3. Organized a 3-day Training on proposal writing, fund raising, fund management, project design, implementation, and monitoring for CDMC Executive Body Members.
